WSD Blue Class Squares Up
Western Star Dancers host the first of two Free Intro Nights for new dancers interested in joining the Blue Mainstream Class of 2011. Friends, family, colleagues, comrades, partners, and passers-by are all encouraged to give modern Western square dance a try. The free dancing is at the Harvey Milk Rec Center (50 Scott Street) from 7-9 PM with Rich Reel calling.
Sunday, October 3 is the Castro Street Fair. WSD will have a booth at 18th and Hartford with dancing at least hourly, on the hour. Dancers are encouraged to stop by the booth for dancing, catching-up, and convincing people that they should square dance.
